The hinge is the most important structural component of an armored door: the hinge allows the armored door to be fixed to the wall, and its relative closing and opening. Its importance derives from the fact that the weight of the armor, which is not negligible, is downloaded and concentrated entirely on this component, whose good design and quality gives the door stability, safety and balance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently Mister Shut uses 4 types of hinges, depending on the configured product, macroscopically they can be divided into three types:<\/span><\/p>\n

VISIBLE HINGE<\/span><\/p>\n

The Mister Shut visible hinge, inserted on the Entry model door, is designed to guarantee adjustment on 2 axes: (Height and width): the system allows 180\u00b0 opening. Mister Shut pays attention to all the details, and the technologies and machinery available allow it to be painted according to the color of the frame, giving flexibility and maximum choice to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

CONCEALED HINGE<\/span><\/p>\n

Classic<\/span><\/p>\n

Mister Shut has always chosen to specialize in the concealed hinge product, being among the first companies in Italy to present it on an armored door. The patented Mister Shut hinges allow adjustment on two axes. They are designed to withstand static and dynamic loads of 1000 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next<\/span><\/p>\n

The attention to design makes the concealed hinge appear to be a furnishing element. There<\/span>
\n<\/span>Next hinge is characterized by its considerable weight which guarantees balance, for a refined aesthetic in accordance with the model, unique in its shape and totality.<\/span><\/p>\n

HINGE FOR PIVOT OPENING<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the latest project by Mister Shut.
