Made in Puglia, this modern annex is located on a single floor. The building is located in the center of the lot as a whole and is surrounded by a small garden. It would have a conventional floor plan if it were not for the numerous windows that are consciously unadorned and devoid of both shutters and roller shutters. Particular care was paid to the choice of a visual order completely punctuated by the combination of clear contrasts such as black/white, by cold materials such as marble and concrete and by rectilinear finishes mainly in stainless steel present on the panel of our Avant door. The internal surface is equally precisely divided to create four distinct residential units with a few areas for common use such as the garage and a solarium terrace.
