This modern semi-detached residence is on two floors: a raised floor with a solarium and a first floor with a balcony. The two floors communicate via external staircases in worked concrete. The entire apartment is consistent with a gradation that goes from white to black with the exception of the green of some decorative plants. The installed door also has an external sheet metal panel painted in Soft Touch Black which reflects the black of the color of the vases, the external lights, the door frame and the window frames. The accessories chosen, however, are in stainless steel and reflect the horizontal inserts, the handle and the frames of the two high windows that flank our "Maxima".
