With this document (“Information Notice”), the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform
you about the purposes and methods of processing your personal data and the rights granted to you
under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).
This Information Notice may be supplemented by the Data Controller if any additional services
requested by you involve further data processing.

Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Processing for the selection of candidates, analysis of CVs, management of interviews, and
completion of the hiring process.

job opportunities aligned with your professional profile;
To evaluate the information in your CV to assess potential alignment with job positions
available with the Data Controller (CV screening);
To conduct personnel selection, when necessary also through specialized Employment
Agencies, to assess the candidate’s suitability for the offered position;
To collect the information required to establish an employment relationship with the Data
Controller.
Nature of Data Provision:
Optional – Failure to provide consent will prevent the Data Controller from evaluating your
professional characteristics for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship.
Data Retention Period:
• Immediate deletion of CVs not aligned with corporate needs.
• 24 months from the last update for candidates whose profiles may be relevant for future positions.

Processing Methods:
Processing will be carried out using both electronic and paper-based tools.
Information Regarding Minors:
No processing of minors’ data is performed.
Data Transfer Outside the EU:
Personal data are processed exclusively within the European Union.

The exercise of your rights as a data subject is free of charge pursuant to Article 12 GDPR.
However, in the case of clearly unfounded or excessive requests, including due to their repetitive

or refuse to act on your request.

confirm your identity.
