Built in Apulia, this is a set of modern apartments over one floor.

The building is located in the centre of the wider building lot and is surrounded by a small garden. It would be a relatively conventional design if it were not for the numerous consciously unadorned windows, with neither shutters nor blinds.
Particular care has been given to the choice of a visual theme defined by the juxtaposition of sharp contrasts such as black and white, cold materials such as marble and cement and linear finishes mainly in stainless steel such as those on the panel of our Avant door.
The interior area is divided equally precisely so as to create four distinct residential spaces sharing a few common areas such as a garage and a sun terrace.
